Calendar

There are two key places to learn about upcoming dates for all things Beye. The Beye School Calendar will include all Beye School and District 97 events. The Konstella Calendar will include key Beye School dates, but also all PTO-related events and activities.

April

Wednesday, April 15th, 7-8 pm: Parent Middle School Info Session with Principal Filipowski: Come meet with Mr. Nick Filipowski, Principal of Julian Middle School, as he shares information and answers caregiver questions about what to expect in 6th grade and beyond. This event is for adult caregivers only. 5th grade students will have a time during the school day when they will have their own info session.

Tuesday, April 28th, 6-7 pm: Our annual reading night is coming up on Tuesday, April 28. Our theme again will be, "Read, Recite, Recyle." If you could please help us prepare for the Book Swap portion by donating children's gently used books, we'd really appreciate it. They can be sent to your child's classroom or dropped off at the Pancake Breakfast. At the Family Reading Night, your child will take home "new" books. This has been a favorite event and is most successful when we receive lots of books so thanks for helping us out.

Thursday, April 30th: 7-8 pm: Backyard Social: Join us for a relaxed evening of conversation, community and refreshments! The PTO is planning a fun backyard social on Thursday, April 30th for parents to connect with each other and learn more about how we can support our students. Whether you're a long-time volunteer or just curious about what the PTO does, we'd love to see you there! Address provided upon RSVP

Monday, May 4th-Friday, May 8th: Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week: Let's show the amazing Beye faculty and staff some gratitude this week! Look for ideas from your child(ren)'s room leader(s) and the PTO.

Saturday, May 9th: Beye PTO Annual Plant Fair pick up: Don't forget to pick up your plant sales orders on May 9th, between 12-2pm. A limited number of plants will also be available for purchase.

Thursday, May 14th: Bobcat Bolt: Our annual Bobcat Bolt is a fun, high-energy run-a-thon that brings the Beye community together to move, cheer, and raise funds for our school. All students are invited to participate on May 14th with their class during the school day, running, jogging, or walking the course together. Each grade has a designated fundraising page to support their grade-level goal of $2,000. Funds raised will go directly toward classroom and grade-level needs that benefit our students.

Friday, May 29th: Olympic Day: All grade levels will take part in this beloved annual tradition which takes place during the school day. Volunteer sign ups coming soon.

June:

June 2nd: 5-8 pm: End of the Year Picnic/Talent Show: Come celebrate the end of the year with the Beye community. Bring your own picnic dinner, or purchase food from on-site vendors, catch up with friends, get to know neighbors, and enjoy entertainment provided by talented bobcat performers!
