Fundraising is essential to the success of the Beye School PTO and the many programs, events, and initiatives that make a difference in our students' lives. From funding class field trips and covering classroom expenses to organizing special events like Olympic Day and Fifth Grade Graduation, every dollar raised goes directly towards enriching the experiences of every Beye student and family.

The Beye School PTO Beye-a-Brick program is intended to encourage each student and/or family to leave their legacy or gratitude toward a school staff member(s) in a semi-permanent way. Bricks purchased will be laid on the path leading from the front entrance to the blacktop, replacing existing 'blank' bricks. The deadline to order for installation in summer 2025 is June 15th.

After 20 years at Beye, beloved teacher-librarian Mr. Withers is retiring. During his time at Beye, Mr. Withers has introduced so many students to the joy of reading, always going above and beyond to help a child find their new favorite book. He has also inspired generations of 5th graders to rise to the challenge of participating in the Reading Olympics, encouraging reluctant and avid readers alike to join a team and do their best.
At the beginning of this year, his last at Beye, Mr. Withers approached the PTO with a new idea. He proposed that the PTO provide the funds so that he could give every child a book for their birthday - one selected specially for them, that they could take home and keep. In its first year, this program has been an enormous success and, to honor Mr. Withers and all he has done for Beye and its Bobcat readers, we'd like to ensure that the PTO can continue this program for many years to come. Please consider making a gift to the Mr. Withers Birthday Book Fund. Any donation made to this fund will be used exclusively to provide birthday books for Beye students.

At various times throughout the year, we will update and open the silent auction form for the community to place bids on gift certificates, BeyeWear merchandise, and more! We welcome any and all bids on these silent auction items.
Beye School Fifth Grade Read-a-Thon to Support the Hubbard Street Dance Programming:
In the third trimester, the Beye School Fifth Grade Team will participate in a read-a-thon to raise funds to support one-half of the payment to bring Hubbard Street Dance into our school for a 12-week program.
